Juvant Loyalty & Rewards — turn one-time buyers into repeat customers

Run the Setup Wizard from the Program page to configure your program name, earn rate, first reward, and optional VIP tiers in 5 steps. Your program stays inactive until you activate it, so you can configure everything before customers see it.

Check three things: (1) your program is set to Active on the Program page, (2) the Launcher widget is enabled under On-site Content → Widgets, and (3) the current page isn't excluded by your visibility rules. If styling looks off, use Auto-detect theme to re-match your store's design.

Depends on your Participants setting. Auto-enroll adds customers on their first purchase after activation; explicit sign-up requires them to join through the widget. You can change this anytime in Settings → Participants.

Based on your Order Triggers settings: award on paid, optionally cancel on refund, and optionally restrict to online channel orders. You also control whether discounts, taxes, and shipping count toward the point calculation.

Yes. Open the member in Members, use Add/Deduct points in the sidebar, and include a reason. The adjustment appears in their transaction history with a full audit trail.

Only if you enable expiry in Settings → Points. Choose a period from 3 to 24 months. Customers receive a warning email before points expire, on the timing you set.

Through the widget's Ways to Redeem section, at checkout via the embedded redeem block, or from their customer account hub. Redemption generates a discount code they apply to their order.

Yes. Open the member's Rewards tab and cancel the active redemption. The discount code is voided and points are returned to their balance immediately.

Progression is based on your chosen metric (amount spent or points earned) over your evaluation period (lifetime, calendar year, or anniversary). Upgrades and downgrades happen automatically, or you can adjust a member's tier manually.

Each member has a unique referral link. When a friend visits, attribution is stored for 30 days. The friend must join the program and complete their first purchase for the referrer to earn bonus points. Self-referrals are blocked automatically.

The free plan covers your first 100 orders that use the loyalty program. No monthly limit, no credit card required. Once you reach 100 orders, you'll be prompted to upgrade to the Everything Plan, which includes a 14-day free trial.

Yes. Cancel anytime from the app settings. No long-term contracts. Your member data and point balances are preserved if you resubscribe later.

The widget and earning rules stop for customers, but all member data, point balances, and history are preserved. You can reactivate at any time and everything picks up where it left off.
