How do I connect my Shopify store?
Sign up at app.juvant.ai, authenticate with Shopify, and you're connected. No app install required — Juvant connects through Shopify's API.
What are credits and how do they work?
Credits are the single currency for everything in Juvant. Every task costs a set number of credits, shown upfront. Buy credit packs when you need them — they never expire. You start with 20,000 free credits.
Can I try skills before hiring AI employees?
Yes. 27 skills are live today and can be run directly in Claude Code or Codex. Visit the Skills page to get started with 20,000 free credits.
How do AI employees differ from skills?
Skills are individual tools (e.g., "run an SEO audit"). AI employees orchestrate multiple skills with reasoning, scheduling, and judgment — like having a marketing manager who decides when and how to use each tool.
Is my store data safe?
Yes. Juvant connects through Shopify's official API with read/write permissions you control. We never store your customer PII. All data is encrypted in transit and at rest.
How do I cancel?
There's nothing to cancel. Juvant has no subscriptions. You buy credits when you need them. If you stop using Juvant, you stop paying — and your unused credits stay valid indefinitely.
I have an invite code. How do I use it?
Go to the Get Access page, enter your email, click "I have an invite code", and enter your code. Valid codes skip the waitlist.
Why use Juvant skills instead of asking Claude or Codex to build my own?
Two reasons:
1. Tested for correctness. Every skill is built and validated by our team against real Shopify stores. Edge cases, API quirks, rate limits, pagination — we've already handled them. You skip the hours of debugging and iteration it takes to get a one-off prompt right.
