Terms of Service
1. Agreement
By using Juvant (juvant.ai), you agree to these terms. Juvant is operated by Dragonfruit AI.
2. Services
Juvant provides AI-powered employees and skills for Shopify ecommerce stores. Services are accessed through our website, the Chompute platform, and compatible AI coding tools (Claude Code, Codex).
3. Credits
All services are paid for with credits. Credits are non-refundable. Credits do not expire. Pricing for credit packs may change; purchased credits retain their value regardless of price changes.
4. Your Shopify store
You are responsible for the actions taken on your store by AI employees and skills. You must review and approve changes before they go live. Juvant is not responsible for changes you approve that negatively impact your store.
5. Acceptable use
You may not use Juvant to:
- Violate Shopify's terms of service
- Send spam or unsolicited communications
- Scrape or resell data
- Attempt to reverse-engineer our services
6. Intellectual property
Juvant, the Juvant logo, and related marks are property of Dragonfruit AI. Content generated by AI employees for your store belongs to you.
7. Limitation of liability
Juvant is provided "as is". We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages. Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid for credits in the 12 months preceding the claim.
8. Termination
You can stop using Juvant at any time. We may suspend or terminate your access if you violate these terms. Unused credits survive termination.
9. Changes
We may update these terms. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
10. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, USA.
